Sellers

Our Mission and Purpose:
We believe sellers want the highest price, in an optimal time frame, with the least amount of hassle.

This is Our Town. We live here. We see these neighborhoods just as you do – we see its magic.

When WE are hired to sell your home, it is our job to relate this experience to your potential buyers. WE are more capable than any other group in town.

Our Unique Selling Philosophy
WE feel that inclusive is better than exclusive. WE believe optimal exposure comes through ’inclusive marketing’ and that is why I provide visitors with the most innovative and interactive experience…all in real time.

You Are Not Your Neighbor’s Home
Your home is not a floorplan – WE understand that an identical floor plan does not represent the same feeling that a neighboring home might evoke.

WE have assembled a team to assist us in showcasing and selling your home, creating a custom marketing piece for you – not to promote my business. When you hire us, you truly get the full professional range my team offers – we go to work for you, with each member playing their important role.

We Will

  • Introduce you to my team and the home-selling process
  • Listen to your goals and fears about selling your home
  • Provide you with market data and testimonials of my past successes
  • Assist you in creating a ‘Letter to the Buyers’

Ground Beef Quinoa Bowl

Oh you guys 😍😍😍 Dinner tonight, softball night 🙃 Needed to be Fast and made up of ONLY the complete randomness that is available in my empty pantry and fridge 😳 End of Month for me and HUGE shift in Ty’s work schedule, paired with softball games = no time for groceries or cooking 🤷🏼‍♀️ so THIS beauty was born 😍….

Ground Beef Quinoa Bowl ❤️

You could make it with ANYTHING you have on hand, here is the exact deliciousness I created 👌🏼

Grilled in dry pan and evoo until perfect

  • – dice 1 or 2 sweet potatoes
  • – throw in a micro safe bowl
  • – toss in 1 tbsp evoo
  • – cover
  • – micro 2 minutes
  • – stir
  • – micro 1 more minute or until softening
  • – dump them into your frying pan and add 1/2 more tbsp more evoo, dash of pink Himalayan sea salt and any other salt free seasoning you like 😉
  • – cook over medium high heat, flipping and stirring regularly, until browned and crispy 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Literally the best and fastest “grilled” sweet potatoes EVER!

– 1 cup organic quinoa

Bring to a boil in 2 cups water and add 1 tsp “better than boullion” chicken flavor, cover and reduce to simmer for 15 minutes and fluff with fork

– diced tomato

– diced sweet baby peppers

– diced avocado

– diced red onion
Add all the toppings to a bowl and mix up, I added a little salsa too! Sooo yummy and a perfect FAST weeknight meal and you really could use whatever you have on hand 😘

His Grace Is Sufficient

As I laid in bed this morning listening to these little voices build and imagine and play in the hallway together, just to be near where I am ❤️ I was overcome with total gratitude for this amazing gift of motherhood and stewardship of these tiny hearts, hands and feet They absorb every breath I breathe, every thought I think and every word I speak.

They long to be near us always, in the quiet moments and in the crazy ones.

They watch us, watch ourselves in the mirror and learn how to think and talk about their own bodies.

They watch us show kindness to strangers and learn to be kind, always and to everyone.

They watch us love our husbands, their daddy and hero, and watch him love us, and learn what a healthy and strong marriage should look like and what they can expect from a man.

They watch us praise the Lord and sing to Him, read of Him and act as He would approve, and they learn to love Him.

They listen as We lift others up, speak acceptance and love into their lives, and they learn to pour their hearts into others, to be empathetic.

They watch and listen as we contain, or try our hardest to contain 😉, our temper, our anxiety, our depression, and learn to be strong and steadfast and a fighter-despite their weaknesses.

They watch us fall to our knees and depend on Him for our strength, and learn to be arrows, to turn to Him in times of need.

They watch us press on, work hard and talk about passion and purpose and dreams and things that seem impossible without faith, and they learn to have faith, to dream BIG, and that they can accomplish anything they want with God and mommy in their corner ❤️

We are more than just a mom, We are warriors, an example, a steward. And they are more than our beautiful children, they are daughters and sisters and someday mothers in Christ, Sons, Brothers and someday Fathers in Christ, they are arrows in the Lords army, they are the future.
So I will keep sharing my weaknesses and my fight, so they can see where I draw my strength ❤ And I urge you to share yours too, continue to lead by example and we need to remember as mommas, that even when we think they aren’t watching and maybe think we aren’t leading, they are, we are, always.

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.- 2 Corinthians 12:9

Happy Mothers Day week to all my other arrow raisers, arrow sharpeners and arrow buffers 😉 whether you’re a mom of your own arrows or a significant role model for the arrows in your life, you are raising the future ❤️ Thank you for all you do and for all the beautiful “mothers” in my girls life, I could not raise these warriors without you!

A Grateful Mothers Day

I have to say today I was spoiled by my amazing family and I am so full of gratitude for these girls, this man, this life, the women in it, and the path behind me 😍 it got me thinking about all that I have been through that has prepared me for being a mom and quite honestly I don’t think I could share all the ways I have been grown into this role. Let me tell you a few that I struggled with, and maybe you have pieces in your past that caused pain or worry or even complete sadness that have prepared you too.

My preparation started young, before I was even in this world.
First I was blessed with a strong, loving mother, THEN He made me a big sister 😍 Then He forever changed me when we moved in with my grandma and I got learn from her and my mom every day ❤️ Then so many amazing and hard things followed as I grew from child to mother.

All the while, every moment, every struggle, every lesson from these incredible selfless women, was preparing me for the woman and mom I was meant to be ❤ I never understood ANY of it, I never saw it coming, and maybe you didn’t either?

Then something happened: God took my heart right out of my body and put it right in these two incredible girls I get to call mine 👭 He made me their mommy 🙌🏼🙌🏼 He was working it all together for my good, He really really was ❤

These amazing girls were the reason for all of it! For being raised by the strong and selfless women who taught me everything I know about being the mom I am today. Watching my mom and grandma as best friends made me want that with my own mom and I am so thankful I have it 👭

My grandma, mom, two sisters and I

For my mom, choosing her children and their future and success at every turn, leaving the man she loved but was no good for her, only to protect and love us. Because of her strength I have zero doubts doing what is best for my girls (even when they don’t agree😉), it is second nature, it is inate and I have the very best example over and over again to draw from ❤

For the role of big sister, mediator, advice giver, blame taker, rule breaker and even sometimes bully 😬, it prepared me for everything I go through every day raising a big sister 😉 and a little sister, and allowed me to understand their relationship on a level I never could have without my beautiful baby sisters ❤️

My sisters meeting and holding my oldest, Kayden 😍

For the moments I missed having a dad around, it prepared me to choose the right man to be their daddy, a good and strong man who would ALWAYS be there for them, In All the moments they want him there for and even in the ones they don’t 😉

My husband Tyler and youngest daughter Tenley at Bib Sister Kayden’s Softball game last week

For the illness of my grandma, who was my second parent, my best friend and an incredible woman, it taught me compassion and empathy and patience and as a mother I use those EVERY day ❤️

My dear grandma ❤

And even for my angel babies up there looking down and living in my heart, He was preparing my body, my marriage and my heart for these girls, for this scary and sometimes treacherous ride of motherhood and even in that grief I am thankful.

He continues to surround me with the strongest and most incredible women and I am thankful for each of them ❤️

Just some of the strong women I have in my life at my baby shower for Tenley

But these girls, Kayden Elizabeth and Tenley Florence, they were written on my heart before I ever knew they were coming, it is incredibly obvious to me NOW, that THEY were the reason for it all, they are His plan, they are the freakin best 😍 They are the perfect mix of sweet and sassy, loving, giving, grateful, hilarious, intelligent, compassionate girls and they are my best friends❤ I mean, I literally miss them when they are sleeping and feel what they are feeling and hurt when they are hurting…I mean every word when I call them my heart, because Even though my physical heart is still inside my body, my “heart” for the world, for others, and the center of all my emotions is completely in their hands and dependent on their day and their mood. There is nothing that could be better than being their mommy and I am so thankful God chose me for the job all those years ago!

What is your pain in your past? What have you struggled to overcome? What is different about you and your story? I would really love to hear! Because I guarantee you, THOSE are the things that have prepared you for your future, your purpose, your real life. They are the things that hurt the most, but help you grow the best❤️ They are your story.

Kayden, Tenley and I this morning, for Mothers Day breakfast in bed

This Mothers Day my heart for all of you is to see and feel the purpose in your pain, because being a mom is not an easy job, so it goes to figure, it comes from a less than easy path ❤️ Find gratitude in it all, big and small, lead with gratitude.
